Lesson Plan
Amazon Rainforest Adventure
In this Book-n-Build adventure, students don’t just learn about the Amazon - they step inside it. Through shared reading of youth author's Prasiddhi’s Amazon Rainforest Adventure and hands-on design, students become conservation scientists exploring one of the world’s most important ecosystems. When they discover land damaged by wildfire, the class takes on a real-world engineering challenge: designing creative, sustainable solutions to help the rainforest recover. Along the way, students read, imagine, build, problem-solve, and collaborate — connecting literacy, science, and design in a project that feels more like an expedition than a lesson. Classes that share their finished projects with 3DuxDesign will be featured on our Global Student Showcase, and for every class submission, 3DuxDesign will plant a tree in their honor — turning student learning into real environmental impact and empowering young problem-solvers to see how their ideas can make a difference.

- Share Your Project!
Share your students' completed project - we will proudly feature it on the 3DuxDesign Global Student Showcase and plant a tree in their honor. This connection turns classroom learning into real-world impact, helping students see that their ideas and actions matter. By sharing their work, students experience what it feels like to contribute to something bigger than themselves — building confidence, environmental awareness, and a sense of empowerment that extends beyond the classroom.
