Pumpkins, Pinball and Plenty of Forces

Learn about forces like gravity and friction in this fun Halloween-themed STEM project: Here's what you'll need: (Note- cutting holes in cardboard needs adult supervision)

  • Paper ream box top or similar

  • Paint, scissors (or knife)

  • Printed  monster template (link below)

  • Candy or mini toy pumpkins 

  • 3DuxDesign connectors and cardboard OR metal paper fasteners, assorted 1x3" cardboard strips and tape

Print your creepy characters 

Share these videos with your students for more info on slopes, gravity and friction. While the themes are different, the content will help them understand forces and apply them to the Pumpkin Pinball project.
