DETAILS -You just graduated from architecture school and are on your very first job. A young family of three with a baby (and one pet) want you to design their dream home. In this exercise, you will have the opportunity to create the perfect living space for them; to design and decorate it as you choose. But wait, there are some rules. The space will have only 150 square of floor space (shape is up to you) and 12 feet tall. Your challenge is to add everything this family would need in that space to live! (notice, it’s a dream home because seriously, they must be dreaming!!!)Using 3DuxDesign connectors, recycled cardboard, and any other recycled materials you want your task is to imagine, design and then build a model of the perfect tiny home for this young family. The AREA of your space will be a maximum of 150 square feet (but any shape you want). Your challenge is to add everything you would need in that space to live. In this exercise, 150 sq. feet is the “footprint”.You can create a loft or even a roof patio. The ceiling height allow is 12 feet (inches) tall so lofts are fine but a full second story is not possible.
